Class Cancelled Thursday April 24

Class is cancelled this evening, Thursday April 24.  It’s a perfect storm:  neither Sensei Patrick nor any of the senior students can make it tonight.

Class Cancelled Saturday April 19

Saturday morning class will be cancelled on April 19.  Sensei Patrick must work and Bill is on vacation.  We’ll resume classes as usual on Tuesday April 22 at 6:00 pm.

Saturday Classes cancelled March 29 and April 5!

Sensei is on vacation this week, so we will not be able to get into the Armory on Saturdays.  Therefore, Saturday classes are cancelled until he gets back.  This means there will not be class on Saturday March 29 nor on Saturday April 5.

 Tuesday and Thursday classes will still be held as scheduled.

Class schedule change on Saturday March 15

Class will begin at 9:45 am and end at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 15 in observance of St. Patrick’s Day festivities.

Feeling Great in ‘08!

Come watch our club perform demonstrations at Feeling Great in ‘08on February 22! We will be at the event, which is held in the Rec Center, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, giving 15-20 minute Aikido demos. This is a great way to see what Aikido is all about and come talk to some of our current members!

Prep for Spring Activities Fair

After practice (11:30 am) on Saturday February 2, we will meet over brunch to prepare materials for the Spring Activities Fair the following week.  Please come and help if you can!  Location TBA.

Class Schedule Change!

We are switching our weekday practice times to Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Our current class schedule is as follows:

Tuesday 6:00 - 7:30 pm

Thursday 6:00 -7:30 pm

Saturday 10:00 - 11:30 am

Practices take place in the Armory Gymnasium.

Spring Activities Fair

The Spring Activities Fair will be held on Tuesday, February 5 in the Great Hall of the Coffman Memorial Student Union from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  Please volunteer to help participate in this event, as it is our major recruitment effort for the semester.  Contact Kevin Drees for details.
